It is my privilege to serve as the Chamber’s Board Chair for the 2011-2012 program year.

Over the past several years, the Chamber has grown its membership base, and has assumed deeper involvement in public policy issues on the local, state and national levels, while continuing to market and promote the Greater Topsail Area as a destination.

The Chamber board has increased to 19 members, and has crystallized into an engaged, cohesive group, committed to fulfilling the Chamber’s mission.

Recently, the board authorized an updated, redesigned website that it hopes will continue to play a critical role in facilitating visitor interest in Topsail.

Additionally, Chamber leadership is seeking to generate new programs to increase visitation in the shoulder seasons, such as February’s “TAG” Party and April’s Hops of Spring Beer Tasting while broadening the depth and breadth of both new and current programs.
